How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive in 8–15 business days across Canada and the USA. Every order includes free tracked shipping — you'll receive your tracking link by email.
What if my package is lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days, we'll reship it or refund you in full. Your choice.

Will it work with my Wi-Fi and phone?
Yes — it connects over Wi-Fi and works with iOS and Android. Setup takes about two minutes in the app.
Can I control portion sizes?
Schedule up to 10 meals a day with portions from 1–50 per meal — perfect for weight management, kittens, or grazers.
What happens if the power goes out?
Vision™ runs on dual power: keep it plugged in and add backup batteries (sold separately) and scheduled meals keep being served during an outage.

What if my cat ignores it?
Most cats investigate the moving stream within the first day. If your cat isn't drinking more after 30 days, return it for a full refund — that's our "My Cat Loves It" guarantee.
How often should I replace the filter?
Every 2–3 weeks. Your fountain ships with 6 filters (about 4 months), and refill packs are 15% off when you buy two or more.
